Criteria
⌦ At least a living wage (>$17 / hour).
⌦ Preferably a family-sustaining wage (>$35 / hour).
⌦ Typically requires less than a four year degree.
We recommend you focus on roles that meet one or more of these factors:
⌦ High demand
⌦ High growth
⌦ High strategic importance to the competitiveness of the business
⌦ Clear gaps in talent supply
We’re asking each employer to share a picture of their hiring footprint for these priority roles. This simply helps us to understand the scale of demand in the region for specific jobs.
You’ll have a few options of the type of data you can provide to communicate your hiring demand:
⌦ Annual hiring estimate (ex. # of hires in 2022)
⌦ Hiring forecast (ex. estimated # of hires 2023 - 2025)
